1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Bawsala's trip-planning tools, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Bawsala helps you plan trips within Saudi Arabia by suggesting cities, hotels, restaurants, and activities based on your budget, dates, and preferences. Suggestions are generated automatically and are provided for planning convenience only — always verify prices, availability, and opening hours directly with the relevant venue before you travel.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information when registering.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account (i.e., not be a minor without guardian consent, per applicable local law).

4. No booking or payment through Bawsala

Bawsala does not currently process payments or bookings. Any links to hotels, restaurants, or booking pages take you to third-party sites, which have their own terms and privacy policies that Bawsala does not control.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other users' accounts, disrupting the service, or scraping data at scale without permission.

6. Disclaimer

Bawsala is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate, but we are not liable for losses arising from relying on trip suggestions, pricing estimates, or third-party listings.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of Bawsala after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
